Note: The magazines we sell will indicate whether they are pre-sale or in stock. Pre-sale products are custom-made and will be shipped within 45 days after placing the order.
In-stock products will be shipped within 2 business days. For international addresses, we generally use SF Express and UPS for shipping, while domestic addresses in mainland China will be shipped via postal express, and those in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau will be shipped via SF Express.
If there is any loss or damage to the product upon delivery, please contact our customer service team via email (starrymagazine@Hotmail.com) within 7 days of receipt (including public holidays) and provide your order confirmation number. No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
Please note that until the package is received by the starrymagazine team for returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the package. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping service to avoid lost packages. We recommend using postal or courier services to ensure the value of the goods you are shipping.
