1. Delivery time:
This pre-sale will be shipped in batches within 15 working days (weekly shipments). No expedited orders are accepted. If the shipment is delayed due to force majeure, please wait.

2. Courier charges and packaging:
- Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan: The shipping fee for 1 set is 46 yuan, and an additional 36 yuan will be charged for each additional set (customers in these regions must provide their ID number in the order notes and confirm via E-post, otherwise delivery cannot be arranged).
- Overseas customers please go to www.starrymagazine.com to purchase. Shipping costs will be automatically added to the countries/regions that support purchases, and the resulting taxes will be borne by the customer. - All items are packaged in airplane boxes, posters are packaged in cardboard tubes, and signed items are individually packaged in folders.

3. After-sales service:
- If the card has slight defects, such as slight bubbles, slight indentations, slight scratches, etc., it will be regarded as a factory defect and will not be returned or exchanged.
- Please check the outer packaging and the integrity of the goods before unpacking.
